We will listen to and work to meet your needs and wants, along with any specific considerations, before beginning the design. Depending on the complexity of the projects, we may engage a builder or an architect if their expertise is required.​

Translating Ideas into a Concept

Now we understand your needs and lifestyle, we will provide schematic concepts to illustrate our design intent. Implementing our 5R philosophy, we will endeavor to take the most sustainable approach by incorporating your existing furniture to achieve a cohesive result. However, if you would rather want to start fresh, it’s entirely up to you, we will work with you.​

Final Decisions

We refine the concept design, work with you through any changes, and make final decisions on details. This can include choosing materials, colours, furniture, lighting, soft furnishing, window treatments etc. In this phase, we provide well-researched and competitive costing for your approval.​

Bringing It to Life

​

Depending on the scope of works and what we agree on, we can help you with scheduling, coordination of trades and suppliers, product procurement, site meetings, and quality control. We can do as much or as little as you need.
